Scott Scribner - CEO
The founder of Star Protection Agency LLC in the Pacific NW, Mr. Scribner has over 21 Years of providing senior leadership and direction to some of the most respected buildling service support operations in the Northwestern United States. His national perspective of risk management, national disaster mitigation, buisness continuity and labor relations has served to lead Star Protection through a period of growth. A trusted tactical partner with respected companies and organization such as Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Institute, CBRE, Blackstone Group, Paccar, Phillips Medical, Nintendo, Kemper Development and Russell Investment; Mr. Scribner has combined a corporate philosophy focused on Appearance, Aptitude, Attitude and Training. An active participant in various committees, enhance the impact of what he can give back to the community from which he has had the privilege to serve. A graduate of Eastern Washington University, Continuing Education at Stanford University, Mr. Scribner is currently seeking his Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation through ASIS International. He is also an accomplished, competitive Tri-Athlete and has completed one half Ironman and one full Ironman in 2011.
Bryan Kettler - Senior Vice President
Bryan is the Sr. Vice President of Star Protection Agency LLC. He has over 22 years of experience in the security Industry and Department of Justice Services in St. Louis, Missouri. Mr. Kettler has provided executive security oversight for many high profile cases in St. Louis and Las Vegas areas. A former officer with Department of Justice, Bryan has worked many facets of security to include, hotel and hospital industries including the Ritz Carlton Hotel and as Director of Security for a hospital within the Tenet Healthcare System. Mr. Kettler holds a degree in the Administrations of Justice and is currently a member of the Building Owners Association (BOMA).
Jeffrey R. Harris - Director of Client Support
Jeff has over 30 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. He has served in a variety of management and marketing roles. For the past 12 years he has served as a consultant to the commercial real estate industry working extensively with Asset Management, Property Management and Development Companies with operations spanning local, regional, national and international markets. He has worked with a wide range of notable private and corporate clients throughout the US and Canada. Previously Jeff served in a variety of senior management and marketing roles including 9 years managing commercial investment real estate assets. He has been affiliated with various real estate associations including the Building Owners and Managers Association, Institute of Real Estate Management, International Facilities Management Association and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. Jeff is a graduate of Washington State University.
Todd Molter - Director of Operations
Todd is the Director of Operations for Star Protection Agency LLC. He has been in the Security and Real Estate/Property management industries for over 21 years. After serving nearly a decade as a US Navy Seal, Todd worked as an Executive Protection Agent and Paramedic instructor in the Washington DC area. Traveling around the world for 5 years, he served on protective details for diplomats, corporate CEO's, Celebrities and Royal Families. Moving to Seattle in 2000, he accepted a position managing security, safety, emergency response and business continuity for a local Washington Hospital. Todd attended college at Kansas University and took many specialized training schools with countless military and law enforcement agencies. Mr. Molter is a member of ASIS, WSCPA, American Red Cross Instructor and is working on his IAHSS and CPP certification. Todd is a certified Advanced Data Recovery Expert and Digital Forensic Examiner. He is currently persuing his degree in Network Information Technology.
Ron Sable - Director of Security/The Bravern
Ron Sable brings over 20 years of security related experience to Star Protection Agency, LLC. Ron is a U.S. Army Infantryman combat veteran. He began his security career in the hotel security industry in what became one of the few 5 Star / 5 Diamond properties in the world. Ron went on to spend 15 years of his career as an Executive Protection specialist working primarily in the diplomatic and corporate sectors. He has operated on details in Latin America, Europe, Asia and various major U.S. cities. He has protected single individuals and corporate conferences. This wide range of experiences has given him an insight into customer service and high attention to detail.
Nancy Glass - Director of Human Resources
Nancy Glass is the Director Human Resources for Star Protection Agency, LLC in Bellevue, Washington. She is a graduate of Western Washington University and has over 16 years of Human Resources experience in combination of security services, commercial real estate management services, retail and communications environments. She attained her Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2002 and is an active member of the local Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) chapter. Nancy’s responsibilities include recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, union relations, worker’s compensation and risk management.
Kristine Thompson - Senior Accountant
Kurt Steinhilber - Training and Recruiting Manager
Kurt is the Training Manager for Star Protection Agency LLC. He has been in the Military and Law Enforcement field for 29 years. After serving 20 years in the US Army Special Forces and retiring, he spent a short time in the Middle East as a Contract Security Supervisor. He has been to numerous foreign countries and has acquired several of the languages' being rated in 3 of them. While stationed in Washington DC he was assigned to a Personal Security Detachment operating within the Pentagon and Embassy Row. Kurt has two degree's, one in Arts and Science and the other in Technology. He also has numerous other military schools and has worked with the ATF, Border Patrol and FBI in several joint operations. Kurt is also a member of the Washington State Security Council and IFPO. As the Training Manager he is a qualified instructor in CPR/ AED First Aid, MOAB (Management of Aggresive Behavior). He is currently perusing his CCP certification.
LeMar Kelly - Portfolio Manager
LeMar Kelly brings to Star over 21 years experience in management. During his time, he has owned several computer companies and not only implemented data security for thousands of client transactions both physical and on the internet but also the physical security planning, set up and installation of CCTV, access control and intrusion detection systems. He also is well versed in data encryption and Network Security using LINUX firewalls. As a father of three boys, he instills in them the golden rule "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you" carrying these values he has been successful in his business ventures.
Jim Hatfield - Patrol Division Manager
Jim is the Manager of the Patrol Division for Star Protection. He served four years in the U.S. Air Force. He attended Bellevue Community College and Seattle University. He has lived in the Seattle area since 1974. Jim has 35 years experience in Law Enforcement, Corrections and the Security Healthcare Industry. Over the years he has been a certified instructor in various training courses such as: Defensive Tactics, Weapon Retention, Hand Cuff Usage, Tactical Baton Usage, Hazard Materials Spill Response, Decontamination Training, Respirator Certification and Personal Protection Equipment Usage, Dealing with the Mentally Ill, Verbal De-escalation Techniques and Non Violent Confrontational Skills.
